Join the Tai Chi and yoga classes at the museum and experience the breath, flow and serenity of natural history! 

  • Tai Chi – Wednesdays, 8:30 – 9:20 a.m.
  • Yoga – Fridays, 8:30 – 9:20 a.m.

Museum fitness classes are available to any University of Oklahoma faculty, staff or student through OU Fitness + Recreation and the OU Wellness program.
