Presentations, Films and Meetings

The Sam Noble Museum has a variety of event spaces that can suit your needs for your film, lecture or presentation. All spaces boast state-of-the-art audio-visual systems with wireless microphones, HD projection systems and multimedia capabilities. Our special events staff is on-site throughout your event to operate audio-visual systems and to ensure that you have everything you need to make your film or presentation run smoothly.

What's Included

We have tailored rental packages specially for films, presentations, and meetings. All rentals include technical assistance. Robert S. Kerr Auditorium:

  • Available for rental between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. daily
  • Three-hours access to Robert S. Kerr Auditorium
  • Seating up to 169 guests, plus four ADA wheelchair bays
  • Multimedia capabilities: DVD, Blu-Ray, VHS, CD and computer inputs
  • Two wireless handheld microphones, two wireless lapel microphones and one wireless headset
  • 5.1 surround Meyer audio system
  • XGA projector and 20-foot retractable screen (16:9 aspect ratio)
  • Laptop with wireless slide advance
  • Technical support staff to operate audio-visual system
  • Security and custodial services
  • Free, ample parking on the University of Oklahoma campus

Kerr Auditorium with Reception (includes amenities above), plus:

  • 4.5-hours access to Robert S. Kerr Auditorium and OG&E Services Foyer
  • Up to six bistro tables
  • Banquet tables for food and beverage services
  • Setup and strike of all tables, chairs and equipment

Great Hall Presentations:

  • Three-hours access to Samedan Oil Corporation Great Hall
  • Seating up 350 guests
  • Setup and strike of all tables, chairs and equipment
  • Carpeted riser and lectern
  • Multimedia capabilities: DVD, Blu-Ray, VHS, CD and computer inputs
  • Two wireless handheld, two wireless lapel and one wireless headset microphones
  • HD 1080p mounted projector & retractable screen

Plains & Woodlands Classrooms:

  • Available in hourly increments, two-hour minimum
  • Setup and strike of all tables, chairs and equipment
  • Audio-visual system with microphones, retractable screen and HD projection
  • Technical support staff to operate audio-visual equipment
  • Approved for food and beverage service for luncheons and receptions
  • Standing capacity up to 175
    • Theatre-style seating up to 100
