Tai Chi and Yoga

Join the Tai Chi and yoga classes at the museum and experience the breath, flow and serenity of natural history!

  • Tai Chi – Wednesdays, 8:30 - 9:20 a.m.
  • Yoga – Fridays, 8:30 - 9:20 a.m.

These classes are available to any University of Oklahoma faculty, staff or student through OU Fitness + Recreation and the OU Wellness program. Participants must enter the museum through the staff entrance at the building's east side. Participants may bring their own yoga mats or use one provided by the instructor.
