The Sam Noble Museum at The University of Oklahoma inspires minds to understand the world through collection-based research, interpretation, and education.
Connect with nature through observation and design! This event offers kids a fun and creative experience, featuring craft stations where they create their own nature journal and learn to draw plants, butterflies, birds, and more. They can also compare art mediums, from classic paper and pencils to Wacom tablets. Additionally, there is a collaborative drawing activity with large roll-out paper. This event is a great opportunity for kids to explore their artistic skills and have fun in a creative environment before viewing our exhibit Nature’s Blueprints: Biomimicry in Art and Design!
