The Sam Noble Museum at The University of Oklahoma inspires minds to understand the world through collection-based research, interpretation, and education.
We invite hymn singers and the public to the museum for a celebration of one of the areas where Native languages are heard most often – hymns. A light meal will be provided from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., with singing from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Come enjoy the acoustics of the Great Hall as we fill the space with Native voices in song. Singing is collaborative, and we welcome hymns in all Native languages.
