Activity level required: Low Event Room General Assistant:Please enter a number from 1 to 7.Assists stage manager, audiovisual staff and/or judge’s assistant. Gets water for emcee and judges if needed. Activity level required: Moderate to HighJudge’s Assistant and/or Tabulator:Please enter a number from 1 to 7.Sits by judge’s table, distributes score sheets and picks up score sheets. Tabulates results and provides the results to the emcee. Makes sure list of winners gets to ONAYLF staff. Comfort with fast basic math needed. Activity level required: Low Book/Poster Station:Please enter a number from 1 to 7.Monitor the book and comics tables to ensure books and comics remain on display tables and that individuals who look at books and comics are careful with them. Activity level required: Low Lunch Setup/Clean Up:Please enter a number from 1 to 7.Assist with setting up lunch for volunteers, judges and ONAYLF staff. Transports food if needed. General cleanup of lunch tables. Shifts are from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Be available for questions and to discourage looking through drawers, etc. Activity level required: Low Stage Manager:Please enter a number from 1 to 7.Help students to line up for categories. Get presentation cards from student/teacher and give to emcee. May provide assistance in getting student’s props on/off stage. Props are typically not large.
