Designed especially for children and families, this exhibit invites visitors to engage with authentic museum objects in a setting that’s both educational and playful.
Peer into drawers filled with fascinating specimens, test your observation skills with tabletop challenges, and try your hand at paleontology by excavating dinosaur bones in our dig site pit. From curious artifacts to interactive displays, every corner of the Discovery Room sparks questions and discovery.
Join us every Wednesday at 11 a.m. for our beloved Crafts and Tales program—a storytime adventure followed by themed arts and crafts, perfect for kids of all ages. This weekly event is included free with general admission and offers a cozy, creative way to experience the museum together.
