Public Program: Monarchs at the Museum

September 11, 2021 @ 10:30 am - 5:00 pm

Have you ever wanted to tag and release a butterfly? This may be your chance! Join us as we learn about butterflies native to Oklahoma and monarch migration, and you will even receive a special packet of wildflower seeds to take home (while supplies last)! Okies for Monarchs will be here to answer any questions you may have about these special pollinators, and Cleveland County horticulture educator Courtney Dekalb- Meyers will present a talk. Fly along with us as we learn what it takes to be a butterfly! This bilingual (English and Spanish) program will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. All activities are free with general admission.
