When does my membership expire?
Your membership expires one calendar year from the date it is processed in our system. This can be anywhere from one to 14 business days from the time of purchase. If you forgot your expiration date, please email members.samnoblemuseum@ou.edu, visit the front desk or call (405) 325-2383.
Can I renew my membership early?
Yes! If you renew before your membership expires, we will add one year to your current expiration date. You will not lose any time on your membership.
How long will it take to get my membership card in the mail?
You will usually receive your membership card within 14 business days from the time of purchase. Please allow additional processing time during the holiday season.
Can I visit the museum before I’ve received my membership card?
Yes, you can provide the front desk staff with your receipt or confirmation email.

How can I join or renew my membership?
To purchase your own membership (new or renew), please use our online join or renew page or visit our front desk. For gifts, see below.
If using the online page, please be sure to include your mailing address if it is different from your billing address, as we will be mailing your membership card to you. Simply click “My contact information is different than my billing information,” and enter your mailing address in the box that opens.
How can I purchase a gift membership?
To purchase a gift membership (new or renew) for someone else, please use our online gift membership page or visit our front desk. For non-gift memberships, see above.
If using the online page, please be sure you are on the gift membership page (it will say “Give a Museum Membership” at the top.) Also be sure to provide your gift recipient’s name and contact information in the Gift Recipient Information box (click the “Show” button to expand the box.) We will mail the membership card to your gift recipient at the address provided in the Gift Recipient Information box. We will also include a card letting them know who purchased the membership for them!
