Join us for our December event at the museum, Woolly Mammoth Wonderland!
While the museum’s usual Holiday Happening festivities won’t be possible this year, we are bringing our museum visitors a brand new event. It’s wintery, it’s woolly – it’s time for the Sam Noble Museum’s December event, Woolly Mammoth Wonderland! This merry little event will be from 9 a.m. to noon and 2 to 8 p.m. on Saturday Dec. 5, and from 1 to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday Dec. 6.
Visitors will have a holly jolly time exploring the natural history of Oklahoma during its winter season! Join us for an Elf iSpy Adventure, Silly Songs with Spike, a Photo Booth and a Merry Mammoth Learning Table! Visitors will get their own arctic animal hat to decorate and a special arctic take-home craft. Visitors can also finish up their holiday shopping and spin for a special discount off their entire purchase at Excavations, the museum store (sale items excluded and cannot be combined with another discount).
Advanced registration for museum admission is required. Visitors can reserve their tickets online at samnoblemuseum.ou.edu or by calling the Visitor Services department at (405) 325-7977.
